Large Double/Family en-suite room	£85.00 per room
(based on 2 adults + 1 child, supplement of £10 applies for 3rd adult or additional child)
Double en-suite room	£65.00 per room
Single standard room	£30.00 per room
Twin standard room	£60.00 per room

All above prices are per room per night and inclusive of full English Breakfast, tea and coffee making facilities available in rooms.

Served between 8.30am and 9.30 am, cereals and toast available outside these times
Fresh orange, apple or cranberry juice,
fresh fruit and cereals.

Followed by your choice of
Full English Breakfast including:-
local butchers bacon and sausage, free range egg,
mushroom, tomato and baked beans.

Or

Scrambled egg and beans
Wholemeal and white toast served with marmalade or jam
Your choice of Tea or Coffee
